Jaime Kruusmaa is a Scientist specialising in fire ecology working in the Climate Adaptation team.
Jaime has over 10 years’ experience across the environmental sector, including fire management, community engagement and threatened species monitoring. She holds a Bachelor of Applied Science (Wildlife Management and
Conservation Management) and a Master of Social Change and Development.
Jaime’s role involves facilitating the establishment of the Queensland Fire and Biodiversity Consortium into south west Queensland and providing support to the Queensland Fire and Biodiversity Consortium team.
Jaime is passionate about community change and working with stakeholders to achieve a holistic approach to conservation and environmental outcomes.
